Returns & Exchanges

At Minted New York, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate tracking.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
